Reservation Deposits
Deposit due at the time of reservation is 100 percent of the first night's stay and is fully refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash is accepted following a credit card deposit.

12 night stays:
Cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival for a refund of the balance paid.
36 night stays:
Cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival for a refund of the balance paid.
7 nights or more:
Cancel at least 21 days prior to arrival for a refund of the balance paid.
Group reservations (3 or more cabins, 3 plus nights):
Require 30 days' notice.
Cancellations received after the applicable cutoff, early departures, or no-shows are non-refundable.

Any modification to an existing reservation is subject to a $15 change fee.

No-Shows
No-Show Policy
No-shows will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
Early Departure Policy
No refund can be guaranteed in the event of early departure.
If the cabin is re-rented, a refund may be issued only for the portion of the stay successfully re-booked.

Check-In
Check-in begins at 4 PM; early check-in available upon request, and can be accommodated after 2 PM with prior inquiry, subject to availability.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please inquire with us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request. A $20 fee may apply for check-outs later than 12:00 PM (noon). Check-outs after 3:00 PM will incur a $50 late check-out fee upon availbility
Pets
Dogs & Service Animals
Guests traveling with dogs, including ADA-recognized service dogs, are asked to call us as soon as possible to confirm that an appropriate dog-friendly cabin is available in their selected cabin category. Only dogs are permitted; no other pets are allowed.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)
Emotional Support Animals are not recognized as service animals under the ADA and fall under our standard pet policy. Applicable pet fees apply in designated dog-friendly accommodations.

The interiors of all cabins are non-smoking and fragrance-free of any kind, including weed, vapes, incense, and essential oils. Smoking inside a cabin will result in a $250 fee charged to the credit card on file.
Smoking is permitted on your private porch only, with the cabin door fully closed. Please refrain from smoking outdoors if adjacent porches are occupied.
Cigarette butts must not be disposed of in indoor trash receptacles; please use appropriate outdoor containers provided for you.

Bikes
Bicycles may be securely locked to the cabin porch directly in front of your cabin. Lockable indoor storage may be available upon request, subject to availability. Bicycles are not permitted inside cabins.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are subject to change without notice.
Damages
Damage & Excessive Cleaning Policy
If a cabin is damaged or left excessively dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the cost to repair or replace damaged items, plus a $50 cleaning fee.
To help maintain the quality of our boutique bedding and organic duvet covers, we provide complimentary protective cover sheets for beds upon request. Cleaning cloths are available at no charge for bikes, backpacks, and other cleaning needs, and beach towels are provided for lake use.
