Deposit due at the time of reservation is 100% of the first nights stay. The balance is due upon arrival. All major credit cards, travelers checks, and cash are accepted.
No refunds will be given on reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations modified more than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a $20.00 change fee.
No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay plus 25% of remaining balance for longer multi-day reservations.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. For an early check in, your paperwork is available at the front desk for self check in, just sign it and leave it in the office if we are offsite; we release cabins as soon as they are cleaned and inspected.

A non-refundable pet fee is charged based on the size of the dog and length of stay. No exceptions. We will NOT any longer except pets booked via EXPEDIA or BOOKING.COM. Please plan accordingly to ensure we do have a pet friendly cabin available including a service animal.
All cabins are Non-Smoking. Ash trays are provided on your private porch. The penalty for smoking in the cabin is $250.00.
Your cabin door closed must be closed when smoking on your porch.

The Log Cabin Motel takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at logcabinmotel.com, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using The Log Cabin Motel's secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
