Deposit due at the time of reservation is 100% of the first night's stay and is fully refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash is accepted with a Credit Card as a deposit.
- Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival via e-mail(email@example.com) with your reservation number.
- If notice of cancellation is less than 7 days prior to check-in, the 1st nights deposit is non-refundable.
- For reservations of 3 plus cabins and stays longer than 7 days, we require a cancellation notice of 14 days or loss of deposit applies. Group Reservations require a cancellation notice of 21 days or loss of deposit applies.
- Reservations made through third-party sites (Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Booking.com etc.) must be canceled on the website where you made your reservation.
- Reservations modified more than 7 days prior to arrival may incur a $10.00 change fee.
No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay plus 25% of remaining balance for longer multi-day reservations.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. For an early check in, please contact us and make arrangements accordingly.
Check-out ends at 10:00 AM. For a late check-out, the latest check-out without an additional charge is 11:00 AM inquire upon check- in to see if we can accommodate you. Later check-outs are free of charge until 11 AM. After 11 AM the late check-out fee will be:

No Late Check-Out later than NOON.
Although we are a pet-friendly property, only very few cabins can accommodate your pet on our property. We have cabins that must remain pet free to accommodate guests with pet allergies. Please call us directly at 307-367-4579 to ensure the cabin of your choice is pet-friendly; this includes all Service Animals. A non-refundable pet fee applies, including for all Emotional Service Animals. Only house trained pets accepted. No pet bathing is allowed in our Cabins, otherwise a cleaning fee applies.
Smoking Policy:All cabins are Non-Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, incense and peace pipes. You may smoke on your private porch with your door to the cabin closed. Ash trays are provided on each porch. Please refrain from smoking if your neighbor's cabin porches are occupied. All cigarettes and cigar butts should be left in the outside ashtray and not be brought inside the cabin and left in the trash. The penalty for smoking inside the cabin is $250.00 charged to your credit card
Bike Policy:Bikes can be locked securely onto the porch in front of the cabin. A lockable storage may be available - please inquire if your bike needs to be inside a building. No exceptions to bring bikes inside our cabins.

Room Damage: If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item plus a $50.00 cleaning fee to return the room to its original state. This includes (but is not limited to) missing/damaged bedding, towels, windows, TVs, remote controls, fans, window screens, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc.
Towels: Please do not use towels or washcloths for makeup removal, hair dying, cleaning shoes/car/bike/dishes, as the stains will stay permanently. If you do, you will be charged for the cost of replacement. If needed, we do provide you free makeup removal and cleaning rag in cabin.
The Log Cabin Motel takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number and/or social security number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing.'
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservations specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure, locked environment. We guarantee that with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at logcabinmotel.com, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using The Log Cabin Motel's secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
