Pinedale has hosted the Green River Rendezvous every July for the past 70 years, a celebration of the mountain man era. Fremont Lake, Wyoming’s second largest natural lake is just a few miles from town. The Continental Divide Snowmobile Trail and the Continental Divide Mountain Bike Trail pass through Pinedale.
